Telephone not shifted

Respected Sir,

I made request to shift my land line N0. 0124-2304318 from H.No. 188/1 Adarsh Nagar, Gurgaon to H.No. 203 Sector 12A, Gurgaon vide R/No. 456850 on dated 24th. Sept. 2009 and order no.128870 and 128871 on dated 24th. Sept. 2009 . The phone is in custody of BSNL but the shifting is still pending. I personely made many request to the concern Lineman, J.E., S.D.O, Sh. Bhargav ji, beside this the department is sending me the monthely bill was without faiiure. As 4 months pased for above request the shifting is pending. So please you are requested to look into the matter.
