BSNL Landline
Not proper service

For about 6months we are asking to get the line in front of my house. Because the line is taken from long distance the problem persist often . every time the problem comes they are just reconnecting the same line even and not making connection near every time saying some reason . even today 11/12 the problem with the cable started . do no how many days it gonna take them to resolve it . so please make quick action on this .as i have taken the netconnection i need to pay for not using it .so i need the quick respond for this. with in the last 6 months i have complaint them about 8-10 time. It is irritating when i need the net the line is dead.
