This complaints Regarding the GPRS service on my mobile

we had talked with your prepaid customer executive for GPRS service activation on my mobile (9421521144) & (9421521133) on 27.04.2010 and they told me that it will be activate within 72 hrs. Still this facility is activated. But one message received from BSNL support:- Sorry, No available setting for your handset!

That is my handset unable for BSNL Prepaid Mobile GPRS service.

Please unsubscribe from the GRPS services to my mobile (9421521144) & (9421521133)
