Dear Sir,

I wish to bring to your notice that Ms. Sharif Builders Pvt. Ltd. having its office Building C-1, Aster, Saibaba Viar Complex, Godbunder Road, Thane (west), has encroached upon the land on with my Society is situated and now is in process of constructing a Parking Slot on stilt and selling it to the members of his building namely "ORCHID", Saibaba Vihar Complex, Ghodbunder Road, Thane (W) for profit.

This illegal act of the said builder has reduced the parking space and also the playing space for the children in my society.

I call upon you to take strict acton against the builder and also not to issue C.C/O.C to the building constructed by the said builder.

Kindly do the needful and oblige.
