Burdwan DIB Office

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to let to know that the DIB offices of Asansol, Durgapur and Burdwan are inco-operative. They lack a co-ordination among themselves and the phone number of DIB Burwan 0342-2646964 is non-functional. My Dad's passport police verification report is stuck in Burdwan even after 3 months. Being in USA, I am unable to get in touch with any of the offices by phone/email. The offices at Asansol, Durgapur have called it quits citing their helplessness and then putting the phone on hold, indefinitely, while Burdwan remains unreachable.

I commend on the excellent work being done by these government offices and request those responsible for putting information/procedures in order.
