Conductor not co-operative

Conductor is on the above Bus is not good in nature. He asking for Ticket as we get on the bus before take a sit. he is arrogant. also as I asked for Raheja Hospital Stop ticket he gives next stop ticket i.e. Pivala Bunglow which is more 1 Rs. cost. I have to pay everyday Rs.7/-. There is work going on bridge next to Raheja Hospital only one way is working. Buses are diverting from Mahim Church. I request u to as one stop i.e. Raheja Hospital is skipped then pls allowed buses to stop at Mahim Church Stop. Every Passengers who wants to go to Raheja Hospital are faces problems from last 1 1/2 months.
