No proper water supply

Respected sir/madam

This is a complaint on delay in supply of water in Bapujinagar, mysore road bangalore-560026. In our area water supply was provided 12.00noon at every alternate days, but nowadays there is a delay in supply of water that is at 9.00, 10.00 and at 12.00 night, thats completly 12 hours of delay.

On 21-2 water was provided at night 12.25 night that to very slowly, this type of problem is from last one and a half month.

Because of this, our area people are finding difficult and we are not sure that at what time the water comes and we should be awakened at late nights, job going people really finds it to be difficult, and there is less taps/bourwells in our area, still many are repaired.

We don't know what is happening in water supply board, but we also know BWSSB is not working properly in favor of peoples.they are not doing there duty properly.

so I request you to solve this problem as soon as possible.
