Transformer burnt out from 3 months

Espected sir,

my name is jayprakash singh, i have a complaint that our village transformer is burnt from 3 months, .

and i have also paid up the bill...

i have also complaint about it in the regional office... but no action is taken till now.

and here whole village is suffering from dark village... please sir take some action...
