Careless driving by APSRTC drive

Sir,

I would like to bring to your notice, the careless driving of APSRTC driver - driving vechile no. AP10Z 5836 on Karkhana road leading to secunderabad - Jubille bus top around 9.40 A.M (14th Sept), Overtaking on the left side where there was no option for me to take the vechile further to the right side because of the divider on the Road and tha rash driving by the APRSRT driver has resulted in scratch and dent to my Vechile (Wagor R - AP28 D1204). Despite of repeated horns the driver has totally ignored and went off.

Hope this will be addressed to the appropriate authorities in APSRTC for required action.
