Hi,

My name is Rohit Das. I am from Kolkata. I am staying at LB shastri nagar Bangalore on old airport road. On October 23rd few goons from BTM layout came to my house and abducted my wife. They took her to their office at BTM layout and forcefully made her sign on a piece of paper that I have taken money from them and will have to pay them back by December 15th. As a security they took away our car.

As i was not in town, we went to HAL police station on my return to lodge a complaint. The police refused to lodge the FIR stating that we should solve it by yourself. Then we went to a lawyer and filed the case in front of the magistrate at Mayo Hall, Bangalore on 31/10. The court, as usual, slated the next hearing date for 13/01. my wife and me were called at the HAL police station and questioned for a long time. Then the police asked for financial bribe to initiate action against the accused. Even after paying them money, they want us to call the accused to their area of supervision so that they can take some action. The police told us to follow the accused and try to locate the car on our own. We have paid so much money to the SHO Balakrishnan, that it equals to the amount stated by the goons.

The Accused are :

Anand Varma of Globe India Private Limited, BTM, Bangalore. Permanent Address is E-2/14, Purbasha housing estate, 160 Satin sen sarani, Kolkata - 700054. I know this person from childhood. He kidnapped my wife and stole the car as i had refused to pay for his weeds, drugs and booze.

Abhishek Singh of ASG properties, NO. 65, 39TH CROSS, BTM 2nd stage, BEHIND DOMINO'S PIZZA, Bangalore and two other unknown person whom my wife can recognize.

Its already two months and we have run out of hope of any sort of justice. The frustration and anger of My wife being insulted and humiliated in such a manner is getting worse with every passing moment. Nobody can get justice in India if you are not rich or powerful.

My car is a BLACK Hyundai SANTRO GLS MAY MODEL. REGISTRATION NUMBER - KA-03 MN 8861. THE CAR HAS BEEN HIDDEN BY ABHISHEK SINGH. ANAND VERMA HAS LEFT THE JOB AND IS ABSCONDING AT PRESENT.

ANYONE AND EVERYONE IS REQUESTED TO HELP LOCATE AND RETURN THE CAR TO US. WE SHALL BE OBLIGED AND GRATEFUL ALL OUR LIFE.
