Wrong Electricity Bills and misbehaviou

I have a commercial electric connection in my office.

I paid all bills regularly but they say nothing recived.

I found it when my reciepts lost.

What action was taken by them when I had been not paying for six years.

I decided to pay by cheque to keep record in bank.

They refused and increased bill due to late payment.

They misbehave and you can see following clips.
