Transfer of PF amount from previous PF account

Sir,

I have applied for the PF transfer from my previous company PF account to the new company PF account around 1 year six months back. The transfer has not happend so far evn if it is i have no information.

Previous PF Account: DL/25871/597 (RPFC, Delhi)

New PF a/c No. : KN/BN/34541/491 (RPFC, Bangalore)

Please help me to find out whether PF transfer is completed successfully and what is the current available balance with my new PF account.
