One box not returned which contained valuables

I actually Hired this company by looking at their ISO certification from Delhi to shift my belongings from Delhi to Bangalore and Kolkata. The things that were supposed to reach Kolkata has shifted but one Box among four boxes and the bedding which was supposed to come to Bangalore did not reach me. I called up the company in the Bangalore office and the person promised to return me the box but after two weeks have passed now the concerned person is telling new stories everyday. One days he says that he does not have the people to supply me the good. Another day he says that it is inside the godown and it is raining so he can't give. Now he tells me after One month that he has supplied it to somebody else and untill HE/SHE comes I don't get back my stuff. He has given the Phone number of the concerned person but it is always switched off. I think they have stolen the stuffs inside and they can't to return me backmy stuff. The concerned person is called Sunil and he is constantly harrasing me and abusing me when I call.
