As Sir this mail is just to get some help out of you regarding my case in this Corrupted nation, I just want to get advice for the same.

I lost my father one year back on 16th February in an Car accident in which my mother got injured also. I was working in an private company, i just came to my native place for taking care of my mother, i lost evrything which i have gained in years for substaining in the market competiton, my mother is agovernment employee worked at Railway she retired on 31st jan as on settlements the railway departments freezed the amount due to there mistake they have done four years back that they have given wrong promotions to some officers, my mother gave 38 years of service of honesty, punctuality and moreover a non corrupted service thru out the life, now at the point of the payments the department officers are troubling in the settlement, we have lost too much the ICICIpersonal claim departments are also not releasing the amount of my fathers insurance saying kaa ho raha hain ho jayega, time lagega and for which i have done every single formalities which every departments have told, my father death case is very clear and all the police reports are done with perfect postmartum reports, fIR everythng, these officers have also committed that the case will be solved... when??? Moreover no insurance was there of my father they have done everything for me and my brother and our studies without thinking of themselves, now the bank, and other recoveries are giving mental harrasements to us... which my mother is also pertaining... but i have strenght to fight i will fight till the end for my father and my mother... i just need a advice what to do and where to go...
