RECLAIM OF SURRENDER MONEY

SIR,

I had an electricity connection from central Power Distribution Company ltd. Assam under Balipara Sub Divisiion, later I surrendered it and claimed for the security money of rupees three thousands (Rs. 3000/-)that I have deposited. After repeated approached they forward it vide letter no-BESD/Act-3/431 dtd-11/10/07 to Guwahati Bijuli Bhawan for necessary action.

But sir, after one year gone no responce came from Guwahati, Later I went to Guwahati Office for its progress, they told me to came later, I went six month later to see the progress my petition they told me to go to Tezpur district Office to collect my cheque of rupees three thousands (Rs. 3000/-)

But sir, till date I am unable to collect my surrendered money. They told me that your amount/cheque not yet come to our office so you contact us later.

Sir In this way, from 2006 to 2011 after five years my surrender money I couldnot able to collect. Whereas I have spent sufficient amount in this matter. I mentally and financially tired up for further approaches.

Therefore, sir, Whether I am eligible for compansetion money from this department and howmuch compensation money I can ble to get?
