Seeking a New connection from 7 months

Sir,

i have applied for a new connection and deposited the amt. as mentioned into the letter ref. no 0/13992/10 (29) on dated 20-09.Again on 15-02 i got a letter from cesc wanting the extention of meter shed and fixation of main switch. Although i have already done job talking to the cesc JE before getting the letter and that was visited by the groundmen also.

i have given a reply of the letter ref.no-001399210 (29) on dated 26-02.i am under DE, SOUTHERN DISTRICT, CESC.

IT was over 7 months.so plz do something.
