Pass port not recieved

Dear respected applicant colleagues/pass port authorities,

file no f023552/09,

regret to say that the authorities of pass port office hyderabad were in really in dormant stage,

as my status appeared to submit the marriage certificate on 06-nov-09 from that date to till date i was submitted the copy of attested marriage certificate 6 times through enquiry counters and through supervisor, but there is no progress in issue of pass port and suddenly it appeared as file is closed and the funny reason is marriage certificate is not submitted. i was in a shock to here this and i request the applicants when ever you do any transaction with the pass port office please take the acknowledgement and note the date of the transaction with wich enquiry counter with wich officer it will help you out in the support of u r complaint.

for my case they are asking to submit new application can any body suggest me what is the sollution for my case,
