I am Prashant, i parked my car near the Magneto mall in Raipur where their was no where specified or written that it is 'NO PARKING' but as i came out after my work after half n hour their was a receipt kept in my car saying me to pay fine of Rs 500. I still dint get the point for what do i need to pay the fine.
