NON COMPLIANCE REFUSAL

My PR Visa application for Canada, to CHC DELHI, through AMEY WORLDWIDE (INT) SERVICES PVT LTD, PUNE, is refused stating the reason that NON COMPLIANCE REFUSAL, actually neither my agent nor me receive any letter from CHC DELHI for file updation and to our inquiry regarding recent status of my application file, we received a letter dtd 07th November where in it is wrote that we are refusing your application as non compliance of the request for recent documents submission for file updation.

Actually we have not received any sich letter, however after receiving above letter our agent & myself has tried hard to request for reopening my case on the ground of natural justice that one should be provided an opportunity for updation of the record for final assesment of the case. No one has heard our request.

It has created a very high level of mental trace on me as I spend huge amount of consultation fee as well as immigration application processing file.

Above both has enjoyed our money since 2004.

I can produce all the detail communication date wise, summerised for your further actions if allowed.
