Drainage block/over flow problem

We are residing Kolaikaranpet first Street, Gowdiya Mutt Road, Royapettah, for past 20 years. Over 6 months we are facing Drainage over flow very frequently, whenever we complain to A.E 044-24994215, he send the persons, whenever they came and cleaned that would be blocked on the same day or next day. It is happening till now from 6 months. Their efforts go vain.

Sometimes the sewage water mixes with the metro water. Because of this most of us suffered by bad flue and in our street lot of children badly affected by this.

Because of bad smell and over flow of drainage water we are unable to use the toilet and bathroom. living in this environment is painful.

We request you to Kindly take quick and permanent action to prevent drainage over flow/block.
