I got an offer to work in abroad so i have to renew my passport and i met the person Hemanathan (Passport Garanting Officer) but he refused to do it since i had all the documents ready and he is not willing to answer patiently to our questions.

We have waited in the queue since 5.30 in the morning and still we cant get our work done and the person who is issuing the token treats us badly.

There is no proper response from anybody working there, if we want to meet RPO then also his P A is asking r u a VIP only then u can meet him.

whole day got wasted there but not even a piece of work done there.

Even we have many work to do and our time is also precious so action has to be taken on Hemanathan (passport garanting officer) and the person issuing token.
