PF transfer request from Hyderbad to Chennai

My name is Anup Mondal.

This is regarding PF transfer from Hyderbad to Chennai.

In this context, Hyderbad PF (Patancheru Office) office has sent one name verification form for transferring PF on 31/12 to Chennai PF office for account holder name verification, but till date (13-10) they (Hyderbad PF Office, Patancheru) have not received any communication from Chennai PF office.

I have spoken several times to Chennai PF office regarding for my PF transfer, but no body has given me the correct information/communication, so requesting you to help me in this regard and hope this time I will get the correct information.
