Non receipt of Electoral/Voters ID Card

I have applied for my name addition in the Electoral list. The same has also been duly added in the list under The details are as under:.

Part No.85

Serial No.1332

Name: Savla Falguni Shilpesh

Polling Staion Name Shahaji Raje Road Vile Parle East.

However I have not received the Voters ID Card as yet. I have viewed my name in the Electoral List and against my name they have mentioned my ID Card No. as AMD1067453. However I haven't received this ID card as yet.

What shall I do to get my Voters ID card? Please advise as I need the same urgently...
