Child Passport

Dear Sir,

My child (Jainesh Sasikumar) two year old now, passport application

has been rejected by the Coimbatore passport officer for the following

reason.

1, Father and mother address is not same in both the passport.

2, Spouse name is not included in my passport whereas my name is

included in my wife’s passport.

I am not really convinced for the above reason for rejection as it

doesn’t seems to be stringent validation. I have given enough proof

below to support and qualify for my child passport. It would be great

if you can help me out in arranging passport for my Kid

The below proof furnished during verification at the checking counter

in passport office

1, Parent’s passport

2, Father Driving license

3, Father Pan Card

4, Child birth Certificate

5, Marriage Certificate

6, Father’s Voter ID card
