Chocking toilet
Chocked and stinking toilet in our apartment

I, Chetan V. Oswal, a citizen of Kolhapur owning a office premises in complex called SAVITRI PLAZA in Bhende Galli near Shivaji Chowk, Kolhapur. My office no is F-3, which is adjacent to society toilet. The water supply of the toilet is cut since 2 years as no one bothered to make payment for the bill. Although there is no water, the toilet is in use since then. Now, since last couple of months the toilet is chocked and the excess is overflowing in the toilet and urinery in it. This stinks very badly. Besides this it has resulted into large no. of mosqutoes. Hence, this complaint regarding this Drainage System. Not only myself has got pissed off by this stinking Drainage, but also nearby Shopkeepers, commuters, our customers, building residents etc. The ckocked toilet has made our complex ugly and dirty.
