May I know who has given rights to CIBIL to publish credit reports for the individuals seeking loan. Especially showing them as defaulters from the data received from their members, without sorting explaination from the individuals whose credit note they are publishing. Is it not their duty to give a chace to other parties to clear their position before giving their final report.
