Not receiving CIBIL Record

Dear Sir,

I had applied for my CIBIL record on 8th September after paying the fees of Rs.142. It's been over 6 months I am waiting for my CIBIL record. MY numerous calls to their office has gone on deaf ears. MY CIBIL registration ID is : 0910003325 & transaction id is Transaction ID : 10441155.

Would appreciate if you could help me how I can receive my CIBIL record, because it is really unfortunate for a govt. organization behave like this & harassing common people like us even after taking the money.
