CITI BANK PAYMENT GATEWAY
TRANSACTION FAILED BUT MONEY DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT

Ecently i was paying the bill of MSEB ELECTRICITY BILL through my andhra bank debit card.however the transaction was failed.but the money from my account was debited and also the bill is showing as not paid.what should i do.please assist
