Non-receipt of the consignment by Consignee in 1 month time by Aramex Couriers

Citizen Digital BP Monitor was purchased by me on line from India Plaza and the same was shipped through ARAMEX Couriers on 31/03 vide tracking number AWB 6163638213. The consignment has not been delivered to me till 01/05 despite indication of the landmark of my residence on the envelope. If the Courier says that the same has been delivered, it is obvious that the same has been sold out by the delivery Peon.
