Non plying of scheduled Routes

I am in all praise for the excellant Services and Innovation by BMTC Vajra (Volvo) Services in Bengaluru. however I would like to bring in the attention of the concerned to the following issue which is personally affecting me.

As per the Schedule of the BMTC announced in their official web site (http://www.bmtcinfo.com/site/BSBusServicesRouteDetailsTime.jsp? bsserviceid=2) the Time Table of V505 Route is as under.

However, the scheduled Routes at 1650 1710 1745 1835 from Electronic City is either non punctual or does not ply at all! Similarly the scheduled Routes at 0620 0720 0720 from ITPL also highly irregular or non-plying. I am a resident of Kundalahalli and work at Electronic City. I am very much eager to give up my car and use the Volvo services-but only if they are regular, punctual and suitable.

My request is to regularise the scheduled services so that one can trust and wait for the specific Route. Will the concerned Officials will look into the matter and help the citizens?.

I have already submitted my request/complaint/suggestion through BMTC Web site Customer Feedback/Customercare.
