Election ballot received late

I am an American living in India and voting in USA elections by a ballot which is mailed to me from there. In the last two American elections I have received my ballot late, far too late for me to mark it and send it in on time. From the label on the envelope it appears that the ballot was sent to you, and then your company sent it on to me. Please make sure that a voting ballot, or any other election material, is sent out promptly from your location. I would appreciate that. Thanks, Ken Gould
