PF claim pending with PF office

I am an ex-employee of Oracle Financial Solutions formerly known as Iflex Solutions. I had applied for my PF withdrawal on 5th Feb via Hewitt Outsourcing Services. Now after 10 months also I have not received my PF amount in my account. The details of the account were given in the withdrawal form only. I have been sending e-mails to the email id 'sro.malad@epfindia.gov.in' as was suggested by Hewitt Outsourcing Services but there have been no replies and no action taken till now. I have been trying the enquiry numbers 022-28692604 & 022-28692531 and they are always either busy or not working. Till now I could not reach anybody in the office.

The website http://www.epfindia.nic.in/indiaepf/loginnew.aspx gives false information as it is not updated. The email id for EPF grievances 'acc.csd@epfinida.gov.in' as mentioned in the site does not exist. Please help me in getting my PF money.
