Menace of Stray Dogs & Monkeys

Sir,

Our Colony name is Pant Nagar, Jangpura, New Delhi. Since past few months, the number of stray dogs in our colony has increased manifold causing a lot of problems and hampering free movement of residents and small children. It appears that dogs from other colonies or locations have been dumped here. Whether there is any way to check whether this is the case and what is the way out to stop their further influx.

Further, since last few days 6 monkeys are roaming freely in the colony causing lot of fear for the residents and it is a clear danger for the small kids of the colony.

If you can be of any help, we would all be very grateful.
