COMPLAINT AGAINST UNAUTHORISED FACTORY IN RESIDENTIAL AREA

I m a resident of E-7 Ram Dutt enclave Uttam Nagar new delhi would like to complaint against an illegal factory running at E-19 ram dutt enclave Uttam nagar. These people have something to do with iron cutting or aluminium work which creates a lot of noise despite of repeated request there are still running their factory at the same place so would like to bring this to the notice. The industry creates a heavy noise when complaint against the noise to the people running the factory they are abusing and threatening us. The name of the people running the factory is ricky mehta, sonu mehta.
