Complaint against postman
Non despatch of letters

Sir / Madam;

This is AMREN and would like to bring you the services of the postman- Mr. Kameshwar Singh of my area, who is the incharge for the despatch of letters and documents of my area -JAMALPUR SATBOHINI, which comes under Gamharia post office.

This is to say that, for every letter he charges Rs. 10 from every person., whether its a business letter or admit card or personal letter or parcel or money order. On Rs 10 only he despatches letter to the concerned person. If a person does not pay, then the post man doesn't deliver his / her letter. Every postman is corrupt in my area and they charges Rs 10/- per letter.

The post man -Kameshwar Singh of my area doesn't do home delivery of letters; which is the duty of the postman, also they are not trust worthy.

Today, I went to his house for the collection of UID card of my family members then he told me to give the names of your family members and pay Rs 10 per card. This is totally injustice not only to me but to the whole society.

So, this is my request to you to take some remedial measure for the improvement of the postal services of my area and to make our society a corrupt free postal service.
