Complaint against garbage dumping

Hello . im a resident of uttam nagar, locality sainik nagar near mohan garden .there is huge empty plot in our locality, all people dump their household garbage in that plot and never clean it. instead of cleaning that garbage, people put fire in that wet garbage and we people live in front of that plot, we have to inhale the fumes of that garbage and this makes everyone ill n sick.please help us and remove that garbage as soon as possible.hope to hear from you as soon as possible.my contact no.is 9015926042
