DISTURBANCE DUE TO SHOPS CONVERTED FROM RESIDENTIAL FLATS IN NEW MOTI NAGAR

In a very disappointed state of mind, I hereby inform that after the demolition in New Moti Nagar, all ground flat owners are converting there residence in commercial shops. This area is already under litigation with respect to the area of the flats from 25 sq yds to 80 sq yds. Like every where in Delhi, the GF flat owners are selling the ground floor to the 2nd floor flat owners. Some are asking them to construct right from ground floor or pay them money.

I live in B-174 New Moti Nagar and the owner of B-173 has converted the full premises in commercial shops. This will cause my life a huge disturbance by way of noise pollution on account of shutters of the shops. Also the shop owners and their customers do not leave any room for car parking of the residence of colony who have the right to part their cars. Every shop keeper will come out and start fighting b'cos of the cars parked by first floor flat owners.

Can any body save us from such a big tension in my day to day life.
