Power Supply

I have been staying Last three year in Madipakkam Moovarasampet. Every summer we faced the Power supply problem. (If any one decided to re-locate to Madipakkam, i request you to choose some other area). Because the House owners would take any action about power supply. Even if u call EB office 044-22475141. We would not get any response. if we connected call. They will say Smart Single Answer "After 10 Min the power will come". But it should take 1 Hour. Now EB office uses to shutdown the power by 12 pm-1 pm Every day. Even though they shutdown during the night time. Some one from Chennai Government Organization should take action againt this. Thanks you so much.
