Subject: To be take legal steps to avoid illegal construction in our common parking area and terrace.

Dear Sir,

With reference to above subject, We (owners of property in PanchamMall) are pleased to inform you that illegal construction activities are in our common parking areas (basement) and terrace by Mr. Yogeshbhai Barot (Owner of property and form of M/s Sahjanand Furniture) without any informed to other owners of property who is covered whole parking area in basement for a manufacturing of Wooden furniture’s in commercial building without any human safety and also constructing on common terrace area without permission of the Panchammall Members. We ask to you kindly remove illegal structure on commercial building. Moreover due to mfg. of furniture there is lot of nuisance created by the running machineries by users and also in past occurred phenomena of fire due to wooden and covered parking area no way to get for Entry and Exit from parking.

Please take appropriate action for the same and help us get the rid of this nuisance.
