Construction of Drainage Nala

Dear sir

My complaint is this that the contractor is reconstructing the Drainage Nala, when they start the demolation the old one i ask why they are breaking this, their reply was that the bed level is not ok thats why they will rebuilt it with the proper elevation. But still they are not following the levels and the downstream elevations are higher than the upstream

Due to this Drainage water will not flow to the main grainage and will spread on the road and will cause so mant deseases in the area.

Please Instruct the Contractor and relevant Engineer/Supervisor to follow the construction to check the proper elevation so the nala which is being rebuilt solve the existing probleme.
