Delay in Death settlements

K.S. Srinivasan, a blind person was working as a telephone operator in Controller of defence office which is located at Teynampet, Chennai. After a stroke on 10th February, he was uncontious for three months and died on 24th May. Sadly speakin, 70 old his aged mom has not yet received his death settlement even after more than an year time.
