Two packet of documents were not delivered to my residential address & Office address even after countinous followups the staff was unable to identify that were it was gone. It was sent from Bhopal to Mumbai on 15th Jan, 10 and was not recieved till date. We use courier services for posting the urgent posts but now it is the question on your company. And the most interested thing is that it happenned with me for the second time.
Pls solve it as its really very urgent. The Document No. is 15968663 & 15968664.
