My courier id is 239444323 was couriered on 19.01.10 and has reached on 1.02.10 .
it was my i-card of kv of which exam was on 29.01.10. i had to face lots of problem in giving my exam and also metal harassment so i want legal action to be taken as soon an possiable
i hope you will look into the matter and inform of the action taken
