Leaking Roof

Sir,

The CPWD is the most hopeless and the most useless organisation in India. My House No.214 Sector 12 R K Puram New Delhi which has been leaking during the rains has not been repaired by the CPWD Service Centre people despite several complaints. The site of CPWD never works. Their call centre is useless and the employees sitting in the service centre in RK P Sector 12 are rude and never attend to the complaints. I have been complaining for the last two weeks but the leaking roof has not been repaired. Their site doesnt give the name and numbers of senior officers who could be contacted if the complain is not looked into. They are least bothered about govt. property being destroyed... There is nobody to help. I dont know whether this complaint will help.
