Bad quality Mattresses

Sir,

I am resident of A-308, MS Apartment, KG marg, New Delhi-01. I lodged complaint in Nov 11, to change the mattresses provided by the CPWD as the stuff provided was giving back problem. After lot of debate the JE chnged the mattresses but the pair provided is worst than the ones which were provided earlier. The mattresses are of inferior quality and gets pressed down and crumble and cause more injury to the back when I sleep on it. I lodged a complaint again and the No was 2680566 but the return message is the complaint coverted to not admissible. I even requested the staff to check the product quality but no body came to attend to it after informing me that thay will come and check the product. Such careless attitude of JE, CPWD is not acceptable because the mattress is of very inferior quality and I request that some officials may check its quality and the order actually placed so that other residents also donot suffer the way I am suffering fro back pain because of poor quality mattress. I also request that better quality product may please be provided so that my back problem arising because of mattresses is cured.
