Roof Leakage

Sir,

My House No.628 Sector 2 Type II Sadiq Nagar New Delhi-49 which has been leaking during the rains like a river has not been repaired by the CPWD Service Centre people despite several complaints. Their call centre is useless and the employees sitting in the service centre in Sadiq Nagar are rude and never attend to the complaints. I have been complaining for the last 6 years since allotment of accommodation but the leaking roof has not been repaired. They don’t give the name and numbers of senior officers who could be contacted if the complain is not looked into also they never give any acceptance of request in written. They are least bothered about government property being destroyed... There is nobody to help. Government is running save water programmed but pipe line of my bathroom was damage and after several complaints, it was not attend for the last 3 weeks and for that I have taken service from Private Plumber at own cost.
