i had ordered a ladies wrist watch over ebay.com. the seller had shipped the consignment as per the following tracking number via USPS priority mail (insured), the tracking details are as follows:-

it has been over a month that the shipment arrived in india and is being detained at indian custom office.

if these procedural delays exist how are we to do our business??

i hope at best that they clear the shipment, we're ready to pay for what custom duty is there on the watch, but the item has to be received at least...

it would be nice if you could help us with our complaint and letting the department know of such delays.
