Got a no parkign challan inspite enquiring about parking zone to the security guard of the shop

I had been to the Baybee shop in Hafeezpet, kukatpally on 13th august. i parked my car in front of the shop and was going in for shopping, i asked the security there about the parking there, is this allotted or no, he said yes it is. but i did see a traffic police coming near a vehicle and taking pictures, i asked the guard again weather, its no parking zone. he assured me that its not my car been taken pictures of but another one which was parked after my car towards the road. i got convinced and went in for shopping. later before leaving the guard came and opened the car door for me and saluted and took 10 rs for it. i didnt ask him to open the door. today after a month i get a challan from the cyberabad police traffic branch that my vehicle has committed and offence by parking in the no parking zone. so who is to be complained about. the police cop, the guard, the shop keeper for having a guard who knows the rules or me who inspite of enquiring got a challan for committing an offence.
