Excess power cut off without any notice

Hi,

I would like to inform you that there is excess power cut in I.P. colony, sec-33 Faridabad area without any prior notice, many time trying on helpline Number and local area numbers but no one answering the call, in this situvation what citizen can do?

You know there is huge humidity and temprature during this season, how a family can live in thier small suffocated located houses,

we pepole paying the bill taxes always on time but what Electricity department employee are doing, just they taking the salary and searching for extra money from some where else.
