Sewage blockage

I am located at #28, 6th Main KSRTC Layout, Chikkalsandra, Bangalore. There is a man hole just infront of my house. The entire Sewage line used to get blocked very often and inspite of repeated complaints no proper action was taken...

We have made 100's of calls but no response from BWSSB, pls advise to who we further lelevel of officers to contact
